What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, the optional website link, the type of help you chose, your message and the site language. We do not ask for phone numbers, budgets or passwords.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Who processes it
The website runs on Vercel, the form is handled by our server on Render, enquiries are stored in a Neon Postgres database in the EU (Frankfurt) and emails are delivered by Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case the data is kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small cookie remembers the language you chose. Visitor statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, or object to its use by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
